The Distirct is charged with providing emergency medical services to the citizens and visitors of our servie area within Bastrop County.     The Bastrop County EMS System is comprised of multiple agencies working together to serve the needs of the community.

Emergency ambulance service is provided through our contracted provider,  Acadian Ambulance.  

The Bastrop County First Responders is a group of approximately 30 dedicated volunteers that respond with the Ambulance and provide event medical support.   

The Fire Departments in Bastrop County provide varying level of medical first response.
